Hi looking at the epic chair from noble anyone got one or had oe and if so whats your thoughts on it looking for grandson thanks in advance

While your grandson might not be on board with the idea over a fancy gaming chair, I'd personally favour a good ergonomic mesh office chair. Especially if any time is spent at the computer during hot weather, those big leather gamer chairs cease to be comfortable pretty quickly in the summer assuming they even were to begin with, as well as being worse for your back/posture in the long term.

I know that Noble gets a good rep as far as gamer chairs go, but I'd still opt for a quality refurb from the likes of Herman Miller or Steelcase every time. That said, there's some pretty damn good Chinese knock offs for a lot less, Sihoo comes to mind and I think Andaseat (usually more known for gaming chairs) has started doing similar in the form of the X-Air but know very little about the range.

I know this post is old now, but i have owned my Doom the dark ages chair for few weeks now and its the best chair ive ever owned. Its heavy and robust. Its a big step up in quality over some cheap model with rgb, massager(vibrations) and a extended leg rest that it replaced. Mine was a lot of money being what it is, but as a first time Noble owner, i can say they are worth the money.

One of the overlooked things with Steelcase / Herman Miller chairs is that you can generally get any part of them on ebay etc and replace/replace them in a decade if they need it. I've got a HM Aeron that's pre-2005 and still going strong, I bought it used.. still the best investment for me.

I'd recommend going to an office showroom and trying out chairs personally though, most cities have them if you do a bit of googling, I used one in Parkhead, Glasgow who were very helpful.
