I bought a Noblechair Hero and it arrived yesterday. When unpacking it I noticed the lever under one armrest was completely snapped off. I raised a return with OCUK late yesterday but still to hear back. Has anyone else ever had a similar issue with the lever? I hope the whole chair does not have to be returned. If I knew that just this part could be replaced I would put the chair together.

Hey @AirwolfHD, you won't need to return the whole chair, the part that's broken will be replaced more than likely though Overclockers UK, no doubt you'll get a reply from them today if you sent it late yesterday.
