Noblechairs Popping souds

I bought a chair 4 days ago from NEWEGG Cananada ! I know I live so far ! The Base mechanism allowing me to tilt backward does loud Popping sound. When I lean it does ' tack , tack , tack ' and so my question , when I contact noblechair threw e-mail which I have done. Will they send me new replacement parts promptly ?

Hey @Free_rebel89, noblechairs have outstanding customer service, so if you have sent them an email they will get back to you asking for your address, and they will send you a new tilt mechanism to resolve the issue ASAP for you.

I did yesterday ! And they responded fast and said the would ship the parts ! Thank you! Is noblechairs a new company in 'gaming' chair industries ? @5UB

It is new when it comes to brand, but there are some great people working behind the brand that has been in the industry for years.
