Noctua NH D14 and DDR4 options and a bonus PSU question

Aqua Computer's fan controllers are only surely working ones.

In last year there was in this forum problems with Asus boards having functional fan control only during BIOS phase and fans going fult tilt once Windows took over.
Also in Finnish PC forum people had same issues.

Interesting. I already have an Aquaero 5-LT (PWM header has the cpu cooler and the 3 pin headers have my case fans) but I was planning on leaving it out of my new build as all the fans in my new case are PWM so I just won't have enough headers. I was planning to just use the motherboard. I think I'll reconsider now.

The one that you have linked, is each header individually controllable? If so I'll pick one of those up to keep everything under control. I do like Aquasuite, even if it is massively overspecced as a simple fan controller.

EDIT: I actually read the product description properly and they can. Perfect. Thanks a lot. I think I'll get one ordered. I missed this controller when looking for fan controllers with more PWM headers

Quadro just drops that water stuff etc of Aquaero away going for PWM only fan control.
Though it retains physical sensor inputs allowing back up for software readings.

Even if you have older Aquasuite you should be familiar with amount of controllability.
And new Aquasuite goes off the charts in amount of configurability:

There's also newer 8 channel version named "Octo".
Though Quadro's four channels is plenty for normal case when front intakes can be put into same channel and possible top exhaust fan with rear exhaust

I just saw the Octo, but like you say that's an unnecessary amount of headers for my needs. Shame they are out of stock at OCUK as they are the cheapest seller.

And I've just realised I won't even need to buy a fan splitter for the 3 front fans as the P600s has a PWM hub in already. Excellent
