So... I'm a total idiot!

Sent my mobo back for a B3 replacement but forgot to remove the backplate for my Noctua NH-D14 cooler. I sent a quick email to their support department, they ask for scan of my sales invoice then offer to send out a replacement backplate and screws free of charge. :)

Since there are plenty of companies in this industry who take our money for granted I have to give credit where it's due... a) Awesome CPU temps and low noise. b) Awesome support

Yeah that was pretty good. I remember back in the day when the Tuniq tower 120 screw heads popped off and they constantly refused to send some replacements. In the end I had to use JB weld, but it put me off going to them in the future.
