I agree with MK, neat image is easier to use and seems to work better for me.

Yep, I use noise ninja.

I've made my own profiles for my D40x's ISO range, and it works very well.

Yes it's easy to use, but if you want to make your own profiles it'll take some time. (profiles are also available from the website, my camera's weren't available, which is why i made them myself)

Mac is supported.

yep, i use it. found it better than trying to remove the noise in the settings when importing RAW in PS.
