What's the difference between the Pro fans and the normal ones? Also do the fans come with all the fittings in the box?

So I've got the spectre pro 230mm fan but I'm having trouble connecting it.

The fan has a pin connector on it and I've used the 2 pin molex connector that was in the box and the fan does not power up. Do I leave the 2 pin to molex connector and just connect the fan straight to the motherboard?

i'd try connecting the fan straight to the motherboard... probably into a SYS_FAN or CHA_FAN slot.

YeahYeah I did that and it worked fine just wierd that they give you a 2 pin to molex adapter you can't use.
