Noisy watercooling loop.

So I've just received my Ultima dedsec machine from Overclockers and its far louder than I was expecting.

The machine is around 60db. Is this what you would expect?
The machine has been on for roughly an hour and the noise level is constant.

Monsoon M2 Reservoir D5 Premium
XSPC D5 Vario

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Complete novice when it comes to water cooling but it sounds like a pump to me.

There's probably still air in the liquid making the pump noisy, I take it there's a reservoir in the loop? It should slowly clear over a couple of days as the air makes back to the res.

There is another possibility.
I have this res and it often does noise like D5 was spitting bubbles into the res - but it isn't.
Then I noticed there is a vortex near the out port. It is there constantly and that's what makes the noise.

Yes I believe there is a reservoir in the loop.

I figured that might be the issue, I'll give it a couple days and hopefully it settles down
