Nokia 3220 unlock

I have a Nokia 3220 in mint condition and good battery, however I am in the UK and the phone is locked to "movistar" either a Spanish or Hispanic American network so its not a simple network unlock as I'd need a different unlock code.

It says made in Hungary.

Its a decent retro phone which I'd like to use, I have already tried an 02 sim card and tried others but I need it unlocked to UK networks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably cheaper to just buy an unlocked one unless a local repair shop has the cable to unlock it.

You can buy them between 20 and 30 quid on the likes of ebay but they are generally in poor condition, its rare that these are in mint condition, they are quite desirable as well now days. I think I'll try a shop but I wont hold my breath I may have to buy a cable for it and hunt down the software to unlock it.
