Nokia backup...How can i get the phone numbers out ???

Does anyone know how to get the phone numbers out of a nokia mobile backup done with Nokia PC Suite ??? (mobile was an N96)

The backup is a .nbu file

I think you can export to csv from PC suite's contacts section - you can certainly export text messages. Alternatively, you could sync with Outlook/Google/Exchange.
