Just bought a Nokia E66 as my MDA Vario (HTC Hermes) was slowly dying. I didn't want to chance another WM device as I had lots of trouble (slow, kept crashing etc) with it over the past 18+ months but was tied into a contract.
The E66 is a superb device! It's slim, about half the thickness of the Vario and feels very solid in hand. The best thing is that it just works out of the box and I don't miss not having the touch screen! The OS is faster, seems more stable (the Vario was often falling over itself)
Battery life seems acceptable, about 2-3 days so far with light/moderate use each day, just getting to grips with it.
I've absolutely no regrets leaving the WM device as tempting as the Omnia and Diamond are and I don't fancy 18 month contracts anymore!
