Nokia N70 - I'm luvin' it! but a question or 2

in fact i had a Nokia 5110 for say 4-5 years, my mate gave me his old Eariccson T68... I bought a Nokia 3230 2 months or so after they hit the streets, good phone but dead slow! so re sold it and back to the T68 i went.

now, I just bought my self a contract tarrif, and got the Nokia N70 !!

I love it!

anyway...

I've just tried to back up with the Nokia PC suite, and everything backed up apart from the "contacts" any ideas why this wouldnt back up? ive tried several times, to no avail!

Also the alarm clock seems quite when i have the phone on silent, and louder if its of silent mode, is that right ? or im hearing things!! ??

oh and what happend to those delivery reports ? u used to be able to send a txt, and when their phone gets it, u get txt/repost back. u have this validity reposrt, which is always pending?? :rolleyes:

NOTE - sorry for bad spelling, no applications on this PC to do spelling. lol

What network you on? It used to be the case that O2 didn't do delivery reports.

O2 im with now, used to be on Orange

Is the alarm possibly one of those that ascends in volume, so as not to give you too much of a shock in one hit?

Try leaving it on for half a min, and see if it alters

o2 don't do delivery reports but you can start a text message with *0# and you'll get a report

yes it is, and I have

aas i said earlier, i think it is louder if silent is off ?
