Got my new sim free Nokia n95 yesterday from someone on ebay, got it for £330 which isnt too bad i suppose. The good thing about it is that it isnt the plum coloured one but the silver coloured one ie the back cover is silver/dark grey rather than plum coloured.
Anyways i dont know if its an inherent problem but it seems like when im making a call the earpiece of the phone rattles, no matter how low u put the volume down and also while talking on the phone, it rattles a lot ie makes a funny sound like the volume is much too high. But changing the volume doesnt help matters much either.
So was wondering if this was an inherent problem ie have other people had the same problem or is it just my phone??. The silly thing is that i spoke to my local nokia repair centre and they say that they can fix it but i need proof of purchase which will be kinda hard as the guy i bought it from doesnt have a receipt. If i cant find the receipt then it will be £40 to get it fixed....is this true????...if it is then i might as well return the phone to the guy and get my money back or get him to replace it with a new one. But then he might have a faulty batch of n95's that hes selling.
Any help would be appreciated
