Next week in work we're having an Easter celebration involving fun, games & food. But most exciting is a non-religious fancy dress contest!

Good heavens above (apologies if that comment offended anyone).

What are you dressing up as?
Why is it non-religious?
I thought the UK still recognised Easter?
Does recognising a religious festival interfer withe the rights of those who do not recognise it?

We are having an Easter celebration involving Chocolate, Beer, Wine and copious amounts of Whiskey......

I don't quite get the 'non-religious' fancy dress....is that as opposed to 'Vicars and Tarts' or something?

I don't believe in God. But when someone gives me chocolate because of some dude coming back from the dead, I'm more than happy to oblige.
