Non Standard PSU - Where can I get one?

I have A Packard bell PC. TO fit in the case the upgrade PSU has to be 134X130X60-64mm.

I need to upgrade the PSU to a 300W + as the 250W already there is too low to support new graphics.

I can't but a new PC as I have very limited funds.

Who sells PSU's this Size.

The one in there was made by HIPRO but isn't available for sale

I want a 215Mb Graphics Card Nvidia Geforce 210

Are there no PSU's sold by Overclockers which are that size? because none of them list dimensions...(well that I can see)
