I have A Packard bell PC. TO fit in the case the upgrade PSU has to be 134X130X60-64mm.

I need to upgrade the PSU to a 300W + as the 250W already there is too low to support new graphics.

I can't but a new PC as I have very limited funds.

Who sells PSU's this Size.

The one in there was made by HIPRO but isn't available for sale

Hello and welcome to the forums :)

Unfortunately we can not tell were to purchase from as this will be classed as a competitor, which is against the forum rules.

What graphics card are you upgrading to, another option might be to change the case as well as the psu.

Thankyou for the info. Current Graphics card is dedicated Nvidia 7050
I want a 215Mb Graphics Card Nvidia Geforce 210

Are there no PSU's sold by Overclockers which are that size? because none of them list dimensions...(well that I can see)

Thanx

Been looking earlier, they used to sell m-atx psu units, I think Antec sold them, but I am unsure on the size.

If your current pc is a std m-atx board it might be worth changing the case as well which can take a std size power supply, quick option below.

The GeForce 210 512mb has a tdp of 30 watts which is not a lot.Its possible that your psu can handle it.Why dont you get one of these
and see how much is your pc drawing and decide from there.
You can get one of these for around £10.You can get it from the popular elex high street elex store and sometimes LIDL sells them for around £7-£10.

I seriously doubt that you will need a new psu for such a low powered card. The rig in my siggy only pulls a peak of 274w at the wall and even then only by running Fur stability test and Prime at the same time.

As has been suggested, it might be better to replace the whole case with one that'll take a standard PSU.

About 4 years ago I had to get replacment PSUs for some NEC PCs (who were the business arm of Packard Bell). I remember we were paying £40-£50 a go for 180 Watt PSUs.
