noob help on overclocking this board pls

This is a new board and I know it is not a good overclocker but can somebody tell me how to overclock it? The board is a Asrock quad dual vsta.

I know that when in the bios and the overclock mode is set to auto then cpu frequency is 266. (intel e6400)

However, When I select cpu,pcie async it allows me to change the cpu frequency up to something like 366 as opposed to its default of 266.

To overclock do I need to change this value (266) graduall?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
