i have a hitachi spiinpoint 160 gig hard drive and i wish to reformat it and delete everything and i was just wondering how you do this because i have tried delecting windows but it just wont buge so any advice would be a great help smiley.

Insert os cd into drive and set bios to boot from cd first - follow prompts. Assuming this is the only hdd in your system.
