Noob needs help!

I recently purchased a system from Overclockers and it came in the Antec 300 case, if I look at the description of the case on the website it says there are fan controllers for the built in fans but I cannot locate where these are for love nor money.

I have no doubt this is me being a complete tool but can someone help me out as to where I can find these fan controls please!
 
They are little switches attached to small lengths of cable that come from each fan, probably tucked away after build.
 
I've managed to locate the controller for the rear fan but the top fan controller appears to be AWOL.

Is it just a case that they didn't install it or is it actually physically attached to the fan?
