Noob needs help

9900k + Vega 64 is a supernova fest. I've got a 570x case.

Someone spec me best bang for buck loop. Also is it possible to get a liquid that wouldn't be dangerous should it leak.

Any fluid can at some point become conductive or cause corrosion if it gets on a board. Best just to build a safe setup that shouldn't leak

Bang for buck is still a broad definition but I'd say for a 9900k and Vega 64 you'll be wanting at least 5x120mm fan spaces worth of radiator.
