Hey guys, just got myself a X2 3800+
and overclocked it..
I set the voltage in bios to:
Startup: 1.4v
Control 1.475v
Using smart guardian and cpu-z, it reports the cpu voltage is 1.425v,
i tried lowering the control to 1.45v, then they report 1.4v..
So even if i set the control at 1.475,the cpu wun hit 1.475? or is the 2 programmes reporting the volt wrongly?
About temp, i'm using the thermaltake blue orb II, is 46-50degrees on load okie with this cooler?, as i've resitted the heatsink,wonder is it that i did not apply the compound properly?
