How Do I Put an Avatar On, So When I Post a Reply etc People Can See It?

Personally i think there should be another avatar added for those that go over the 10k mark.

I don't think it's automatic. You have to change it manually in your user CP.

Either that or just add one in the CP with "Edit Signature". Make it 5 lines of text or an image 400 x 75 x 20 KiB with one line of text.
