Noob question but which Voltage do i change?

Im running at my 955 3.6 at mo on stock vols and decided to maybe try and up the volts a lil to try and get it to 3.8! Only problem is i changed the voltage up to 1.4 .. and checked in amd overdrive AND core temps and both say my Vcore is at 1.35 still :/.. am i upping the wrong voltage? In the picture below im changing the highlighted voltage. (cpu voltage control) is that the right one to change? (sorry for pic quality had to use phone to take the pic lol)

p.s this is the programs im useing (and where it says the voltage. As you can see they both say 1.3500v (even tho i had it at 1400v.

You are looking at the VID which is the default voltage for the chip.

Download CPU-Z to see your actual voltage.
