Noob Question

I currently use an IDE driver as a backup for music etc, and I'm going to replace it with a sataII drive.

As my master drive is also sataII, will games installed on the new sata drive run as fast as those installed on the drive with the OS? (vista64)

pretty much - just depends on the individual performance of the hard drives you're comparing - not all sata II devices are the same!
