Yeah, no worries.
A very easy overclock, just increase the blck speed to 200 for a 4ghz CPU. No need to go up a little at a time etc.

Hybrid, I've always found it's best to start at say 1.3v vCore for 4GHz, and if that's stable then start lowering vCore by 1 increment and test for stability.

I guess that's why the auto setting took me to 1.416v rather than the 1.5v in the toms hardware guide, (I have a D0 and a P6t deluxe mobo). Temps are around 60C at idle with a very low speed fan setting on a fenrir cooler.
