noob wow question

sorry for asking such a noob question but me and my bro cant seem to find this out

He wants to be able to use 2 handed weapons as a warrior, hes spoken to his trainer but its not on the list. So what does he have to do/get so he can use 2 handed swords?

go to a guard and ask for the Weapon Masters, they are the ones that teach you how to use new weapons. I cant tell you exactly where he is (either ironforge or stormwind) cos I havent played wow over over a year

edit: its Woo Ping in stormwind that teaches 2 handed sword

He should be able to ask any grunts in Orgrimmar/Ironforge.

Infact give me a sec, I'm like /there (That's if you're horde)

:Edit: Yep, if you're Horde then right at the back of the valley of honor in Orgrimmar there's the weaponmaster place where there's two guys that can teach me some stuff, I'm not too sure if they'll be able to teach you two handed or not but they might.

We went to the weapons trainer in orgrimmer (valley of honor)but he cant teach you 2 handed weapons. So we are gunna go to Stormwind and see if that works

btw sorry to be a pain but what zone is that in?

Good luck getting in stormwind

You'll need to go to either thunderbluff or undercity. When in org ask in general chat which trainer teaches 2 hand sword or axe. It's likely one trainer will train axe but the other sword so decide which one you want to learn then ask in general. You can always visit them both if this is the case.

IIRC you can ask the weapons master what the weapon masters in other cities can teach. I could be wrong but I think undercity is for swords, catch the Zep outside Org to go there. As others have said - don't go to stormwind lol.

Sorry didnt know you was a horde, automatically assumed you was alliance for some reason. The guy you are looking for is in Undercity and his name is Archibald, he should be able to teach you 2 handed sword.

Yup, when you speak to the trainer there should be an option "what can other weapon masters teach me". I just checked and it is indeed the Undercity for all swords.

Yeah I think you get axe skills in Ogrimmar, sword skills in Under City, and mace skills in Thunder Bluff

During the festival of fire I did all the major cities to get my hat and shoulders, I spent a good 15mins dancing round the flagpole in Ironforge, PvP flagged, with several alliance players dancing with me. Festivals bring out the best in people :cool:

Leave Orgrimar and turn left, in a short while you'll see a zepellin tower with two goblins you can speak to at the top. Speak to each one to work out which platform goes where - one in Undercity, the other is Grom'gol, which you don't want to go to. Wait for the Undercity zep, hop on and sail to Tirisfal Glades. Then entrance to UC isn't far - follow the path/signs. Navigating UC is a pain though.

I'd ask this stuff in the game to get a quicker answer. Or join a low level guild. Normally someone yelling for recruits all the time in Orgrimmar to bolster their newly created guild.

A guild member might take it upon them self to lead you around in-game to unlock the various flight points as a bonus.

yeah i did try that but didnt get an answer

Im playing through with my bro whos a orc warrior and im a tauren druid, its quite hard now and we are really looking forward to getting to a higher level and have better moves! Plus we wanna do some dungeons but cant because we get owned.

Thanks for the help guys, i thought it might be that zeplin but we tried out that boat and it took us to a not very friendly place indeed!
