Hay guy's,
Need some advice. 2morrow I start my very first day in the gym but tbh I don't have a clue what to do when I get there, I asked one of the PT when I join what to do and his reply was " sorry can't help you not unless you pay for my service's!" and the I rather ask on here and look on the net.
What I would like from the gym is to tone up, increases in strength and improve on my running, I like the size I am so I don't want to bulk up.
I'm 13.5 stone, 6ft so I hold my weight rather ok well I think I do but I seem to have build up of fat/water on my stomach and I want to get rid of it and tone my abdominal area as with my arms.
I will be going to the gym three times a week, mon/wed/fri.
Any help or advice would be gr8
