noobs gcard question

i know its video in video out, but what does it do?
does it mean i can use it to send my comp stuffs and screen on TV? and screen TV on my monitor?
 
hmm, so how i do i do that? my tv signals uses coxial cable.. how to connect it to the VIVO of my card? and what programme to use to watch them?
 
what input does your card come with? there should be splitter with varoius connections, there should be one with composite/svideo.
 
ya it allows me to connect a 3 coloured input to the video card... but i cant connect my coxial cable to the card.. any 1 can help?
