Man I like noodles...

Been a fan of the nissin ramen for a while. Only problem is I can only find them at an asian supermarket thats about a 45min drive from my house.

Grabbed some Vifon noodles from the easten european section at my local morisons, and I have to say them are pretty damn good.

Cant beat a bombay bad boy pot noodle either. Not as cultured as a bowl of proper ramen, but good none the less.

What noodles do you like?

Well now I want a Pot Noodle extremely badly, I actually dribbled a bit reading the title..

But yeah, Pot Noodles for me are the best.

Thought I'd bump this, having done a bit of exploration into what an extremely popular street food company were using here.

I've now managed to find/get my hands on what they use!

Lucky Boat
No2 Fine Noodles

Which you cannot get on the shelves, so have to go to a chinese superstore, and probably ask for it at the front. This is what many of the takeaways and serious cooks use...

You buy it by the box, and mine cost around £14 for 7.4KG of noodles (that is a lot of noodles!). They are really yummy noodles if you're doing any thai/chinese home cooking!

Koka chicken noodles from Tesco are nice. They taste like the old cheap 9p tesco value noodles did before they changed the recipe and they tasted of nothing overnight :(.

I love Udon Noodles, there the best ones. But just recently we have been eating ribbon noodles we picked up from our local Chinese Supermarket.

The thread reminds me to visit Wagamama for some yaki udon mmmmmmmmmm
