afternoon

something weird has just happened

have a sata drive which i use for storage

just rebooted

and one of the partitions on it has come up as local disk (j)

have unplugged / restarted but the drive is corrupt or unreadable :O

any ideas what i can do to fix it

any help will be greatly appreciated

its saying file type is RAW instead of ntfs




doesnt sound good

cheers for the replies =)

instead of checking back here (d'oh) i used get data back (top app btw )
then reformatted the drive without losing any data

i wonder if the method mentioned above would have worked
