Normal temps for threadripper

Well I have managed to drop my temps to 70c realbench load by adding 3 more fans to my rad so it’s push pull, but I still feel it’s rather toasty for what I have cooling it and the volts going through it
 
Well I think I may have worked out why my temps were so high, and would love for someone to explain it to me if they can, when I was Overclocking I was setting the multi to 40 and the volts to 1.4 to get a base(how I set my ryzen1700) and Tctl was hitting 107c and Tdie was hitting 80c, I have now used FID/DID to overclock instead of the multi and now at 1.41v after an hour of AIDA64 my max temps are Tctl 90c and Tdie 63c. If anyone could explain that to me it would be great
