Northbridge temps?

I've had to modify my Northbridge Fan due to noise, I'm sure in the past I could see the fan speed and temps.

I carn't seem to find the software anymore or have I imagined it?

I would like to know this too (sorry for blatant hijack), is there a generic program that reads NB temps as Coretemp & Realtemp don't show this?
