Ionized trails yes? They persist for quite a while especially the really bright ones

Believe so from looking at some of the Noaa space weather Facebook posts. Lovely clear night for it though for anyone up that way

I got this at 1:20 this morning from a bedroom window with my phone, North Hertfordshire.
Too much light pollution to see any low green but a reasonable showing of reds (just about visible to the naked eye)
