@ Norwich and Swansea fans

I miss the Championship, its been great in the EPL but its not football as I like it, Saturday 3pm every weekend, the small crowds, no tv crap, refs giving the top 4 everything.

Mate is going to Swansea, hope its a cracking game and Martinez doesn't get booed, he built that team and went back to the club that brought him to England.

Small crowds? Not at Elland Road :p

How much smaller can Wigan corwds be? Chrst sake man you can pretty much have a row of seats to your self at the DW :D

:D How many do you think you'll bring down? Home end is sold out, but that's only 2000 general sale.

Martinez will definitely get booed, people appreciate what he accomplished here, but it's what he said at the time and then going completely against everything he said.

Crazy, he took Scotland and showed you how bad he was :p

Well you are Welsh and First time a EPL will be on your soil.

haha, please jog on

Population

Leeds 787,700
Wigan 81,203

and you only muster what for average attendance?

part time fans :D

Wigan VS Leeds Wembley, you going?

Shut up, I remember Wigan turning you over 6-1 back in old school leagues for a "big club" you have not really done much and it took you long enough to get to the EPL nearly 3 years, lol

andd now you are buying Wigans top export, Palacios really hit a fall from grace.

Oddly last summer me and a mate were on the pre season tour in Switzerland and very drunkenly met our new chairman. I asked the intelligent question of how much was Butterfield (who signed the day before and was amazing) and my mate just turned and goes "PLEASE JSUT GET US BACK TO THE CHAMP!". The chairman goes "what not the prem" and he's just going " NO PREM ISNT WORTH IT, real fans and real fun in the champ"

So yeah Prem = over rated....

Yup how much do you want to invest to be a mid table team?

Everyone wants to get to the prem but if forest get promoted I will miss it, it is a far more interesting and passionate league.

Grant Holt will score goals, if you don't play him on the wing of course like we did for most of his time here. Surman could do good this time round.

Ashley Williams is a fantastic defender and I imagine if Swansea go down there will be lots of teams in for him.

thanks for the suggestions guys

I don't know much about these teams but for QPR id say tarrabt is quality if he keeps a lid on his temper!

Pretty much the problem, inflated wages because of tv and everything else has made it unsustainable and no fun for smaller teams to get to, then be priced out of any good players :(

Thats the guy iv been trying to remember who's amazing! A very good CB and would love to take him to my team one day (we won't we'll get someone else instead but I can dream a little)

He's just signed a contract extension today, very happy with that. We also have Caulker on loan from Spurs for the season and he comes very highly rated.

Elliot Bennet looks like one to watch out for at Norwich speedy and likes to have a decent crack outside the box when he can but not in a frustratingly wasteful way.

woahh 4-0 away to city

damnnn not a great start for the new teams in the league except maybe Norwich
but wigan away is easier than city away...
