ive just had my wife call me because as my sister in law was reversing out of our space, she has managed to hit and knock over our neighbours brand new motor bike.

apparently it wasnt her fault as the bike shouldnt have been there! stupid bint.

anyone esle got and ridiculous storys like this?

yea and in my cases it settled 50/50

your word against theres if there are no witnesses and it happens on a roundabout like mine. Logic doesnt apply

a friend of mine was comming home in his renault senic and a motorbiker comming the other way was looking over his shoulder and drifted over onto the other side of the road and hit my mates car and he went flying. a policeman came and he addmitted fault there and then. 3 weeks later my friend gets a letter saying he wants to go 50-50 on insurance lol.

most T&C of insurance companies advise you not to admit liability at the scene , so shes technically doing the right thing lol :rolleyes:
