I assume everybody has the same issue with intels i7 ,U, H HQ, Y bla bla processors etc where someone could end up with a 2 core i7 compared to a desktop?.

Thats a good point. Intel, AMD, NVidia. Is it worse because its NVidia, or are they all as bad as each other?
As I recall it does not even have gddr6x. Probably has less cuda cores too. It really should be named some else.
There are even a bunch of people who are tech enthusiasts who genuinely believe the 3080 in the laptop is the same card and go about saying noob things like the 3080 on the laptops have 16GB vram. Lol. Now if these guys do not know what’s what, what chance does the mainstream average joe have?
When was it ever close between a laptop and a desktop???
There have been desktop replacement laptops in the past where performance was comparable to desktop parts.
