You can also try with the side panel open. If temperature improves a lot, airflow problem.

Looking at the case, there's not much you can do to improve airflow (assuming there's nothing blocking the intake or exhaust and you've got reasonable cable management).

You can go for a higher rpm exhaust fan, but don't count on that making a huge improvement.

Also don't rule the cpu out as part of the problem. My case has limited airflow and turns into an oven unless I use an AIO.
