Not getting to POST

Hey guys,

I've just got a replacement socket 370 motherboard for a customer, however when turned on, it switches itself off after a second or two and doesn't get to POST. I've tried unplugging everything and taking out the explansion cards, even swapped the memory. Any ideas?

Is the jumper on reset?

Have you reset the CMOS?

Reset the CMOS and also checked all the jumper settings without any luck

Tried a different PSU too.
