not happy with ssd speeds, thing something wrong

Hi, i just brought my 1st ssd, ocz agility3 240gig, first loadup seemed fast, now its slow as hell in my view, not what i was expecting.

this is a screen shot of my speeds, it means nothing to me but when i look at it, it seems horrible.

now under the pcidde - BAD it says intel(r) 6 series/c200 series chipset family 4 port serial ata storage controller - 1c00 bad

also looked at Sean's Windows 7 Install & Optimization Guide for SSDs & HDDs but still no joy, one thing it says to turn on ahci sata in uefi but it just crashs my computer on each load so meh

help plz

added note , not sure why image not showing up but when i rightlclick and copy the link to ie9 it works, so meh*/**fixed

set to ahci in bios,your only in ide mode,what motherboard is it?

click this reg file,run it,then restart pc into bios and set sata ports to ahci,save exit reboot into windows job done

thats my problem if i set ahci in my bios it keeps crashing and doesnt even load windows up

my mb is Gigabyte z68ap-d3 intel z68 board.....

because of that regfile u linekd, it works 100% now, i love u, let me test it

its better now, so does that now look fine? i thougt with ssd's tho windows would load up in like 20 secs or something, mine doesnt seem to do that but o well
