Doesn't look rat look to me.

I don't think you understand the prep work and cost behind a decent matte finish.

Even more so with a suede finish.

More difficult than some 2 pack and polish

If memory serves the regular Buick 455 was rated at 350hp and the 455 Stage 1 was rated at 360hp. Both were underrated by the factory, as the regular engines produced around 410hp and the Stage 1 produced around 420hp. With a small amount of work you can liberate even more power from them.
