Not particularly impressed with Corsair cases

and the other customer service chap is sending me another 2.

So I'll have FIVE more delivered today, fingers crossed!
 
I have to say that while I like my 650D, I too get a rattle from my harddrive bay - sometimes maybe a low hum. Just like Terrier_Jimlad, a quick nudge helps to sort that out.
 
It doesn't seem like it.

I have three here to open when I get home. Hopefully I won't be banging my head against the wall ;)
 
lol no mate there is no damage on the boxes.

Well none of these three are by no means perfect. They all have some form of scratch on the inside on the panel plastic.

The one I'm using from today, isn't to bad with regard to scratches, but it's bulbous i.e. it bulges out slightly in the middle causing a weird optical effect looking into the case (like a goldfish bowl).

I have 2 more coming tomorrow or Monday and I'll see what they are like. If the same as these I guess I'll have to speak to the support guys again, who I have to say are great!
 
One new case - scratched panel
2nd new case - scratched panel, kept and contacted Corsair
3rd panel - scratched
4th panel - scratched and bulbous
5th panel - scratched
6th panel - scratched
7th panel - scratched
8th panel - scratched
9th panel - small scratch I managed to polish out, but the found out it's bulbous.
10th and 11th are sitting here unopened.
 
I got my 780T about a week ago and it had a large 13" scratch in the side window from the bottom left to the top right direction, they sent me a new panel but it's got some hazing going on in the bottom left corner.

I'm going to mod the first panel I got with real glass, No more of this cheap plastic that scratches if you look at it.

No idea how I'm going to do it but I'll find a way as I'm sick and tired of micro scratches, They make the window look dirty.

I know it would be expensive but it would be amazing if they could make the windows out of gorilla glass, Scratches and damage would be a thing of the past.

mine had a rubber foot that was missing, received a new one in days.

My 600t (early incarnation of the 780t) is great, not a problem with it. I love corsair cases. Love the grommets, design and functionality of their cases.

Sounds like you have been really unlucky, I have two 450D's and both side panels were in mint condition. I've had the power LED stop working on one case after a couple of months, but Corsair delivered me a new one within 48 hours.

Nice one, The replacement side panel Corsair sent me for the 780T has some hazing going on with the lower left section and looked kind of manky.

Bought myself the Novus scratch and polish kit and now my window looks even better than new, Wizardry I tell you !!!

Well worth investing in.
