I am referring to the bottom fan intake on the HAF 922. Because Coolermaster never raised the fan holes on the bottom of the case it means the fan blades will be flush with the grille and rub agains it. Tried 3 differnt fans. Anyone had this issue ?
That's the plan..will get some M3 40mm screws with nuts/washers to mount the fan, and some rubber washers inside the case to raise the fan so the blades don't hit the grille. It's such a crap design that you can't mount a case fan blowing upwards with the blades rubbing. Why did Coolermaster even bother with this grille. I've also noticed that the grille is very flimsy, when I was trying to install the fan the 1st time it was popping in and out, like it was made from tin.
