My sister is after a notebook for £100-200.

Will be used for general web browsing, movies and skype.

Recommendations?

Struggled to meet the £200 budget. Most tech now comes in tablet form for that price. Does she mind going for a Nexus 7? The new one which I have is actually pretty good for all the things she wants it for, you can even hook up external hard drives and the like as its on android OS.

It has to be a note/netbook as she'll be going some html programming also. Tablet wont cut it. I know you weren't to know, she only informed me today.
