NTL probs

Anyone else having problems? I can't RDP,VNC or SSH onto my home machines and over on the ntlhell forums they are saying NTL are downgrading the upload speeds across the board with immediate effect, I wonder if their network is taking a battering

Just been reading the ntl forums and it looks like NTL made a mistake, its been confirmed that the upload speed for 10mb users is staying at 512k.

Hmm i have just returned from a friends house trying to fix their internet. They are on ntl, and some websites aren't responding yet some are. (google/overclockers are bbc/yahoo aren't)

Tracerts show the connection is lost after certain nodes, ntl said it was our end, could this be to do with what you are talking about?
