E6300 at stock in my work computer. It's a dell, I'm curious as to how much better my home computer with a 6300@stock would be. And how much better it will be when I eventually get to overclock it :)

After my 680i blew up and i sold my e6600 on ready for quad i bought a P4 for £25 to tide me over. It's a 3.4ghz chip:

theres definatly something wrong with my computer:(
i always thought there was any ideas as im getting the same score what pll get with single core cpus?
could this dualsata2 motherboard be holding me back?plus ive overclocked it to the max stable it will go allthough will chaanging the multi in bios improve things as i didnt try that?

I thought C2Duos didn't gain much benefit from lower latencies ?
