Number port gone wrong?

i ported my number from t-mobile to 3 on 13th March and not had anything back from 3 yet as to when the port will happen

i filled out the online porting form, any ideas how long it takes? their site says next working day if form is submitted before 5pm Monday to Friday

i submitted at 6pm on Thursday, so does this mean my port will take place on Monday?

i did a number port from tmobile to ovivo a few days ago and that went a smooth as it could go, next day and it was done with an email to let me know too!

Yep won't go through till Monday at the earliest, I switched from TMob to 3 no worries last month, switch was fully completed by 5pm the next working day.

Do 3 send you a text or email with a time they are going to port?

I ported from VF to 3 last week, Got an email the day before saying..........

Thanks for asking to move your existing number to Three.

Your number will be moved on blah blah

Just so you know, you may experience a temporary loss of service on your Three phone while your number moves.

When your existing number has moved we’ll send you a text to let you know. After you receive this text please make a call from your phone to check it’s working.

Did everything via the website.

Thanks. Finally on 3. Had no email from them though. Checked spam folder too.

Was stressful lol but sorted now.
