Number Porting question Orange to EE

My mothers contract is up and she's found a new deal on EE through dialaphone or something, now she's currently on Orange which I know are part of EE, do they allow number porting between the two? is it as easy as asking Orange for the PAC and then giving it to EE?

I wasn't sure so told her I'd look into it, and naturally turned to OcUK (well I did Google it first if I'm honest)

if you get it through dialaphone no...if you get it direct through Orange/EE yes.
