What size number plate is everyone sporting?

Whats your opinion of the small single line plates?

Anyone been done for having said plates?
 
I think I have 8 * 6 (mx size) ...never any problem with it.

Had a single line plate on TLR, cost me £600 fine :(

Police are a lot more relaxed these days, as long as it's readable they turn a blind eye
 
I tend to steer clear of buying bikes with smaller number plates, maybe its just me but it screams 'chav' to me, as I said maybe its just me :P
 
This is as small as im going...never had any problems.

An interesting view, I guess I am the same way - not sure I'd call it chav though, maybe tacky, possibly...

Mine is standard and honestly doesn't bother me - I only ever see the arse end when I'm off it, and as I spent a higher proportion of time riding, I rarely see it :D
 
Two of the guys I was out with yesterday have gone back to having a normal size plates.

One has a Ducati Street fighter and the other a sc1000 Ducati, both for the same reason. Spray from the back wheel. on a small plate they were getting covered in crud when it was wet or dirty
 
Used to be a 5" x 2". Found it's not an MOT requirement to pass and it was stuck on with velcro. ;)

Just the police had an issue with it. :)

You get done for not displaying a legally sized plate etc so you might as well just take it off. ;) Not that I ever did. ;)

I'm far more sensible now. ;)
