it was never exactly clear cut anyway... she wouldn't have got a death penalty, that would be reserved for people who got caught in the act or shortly after with absolute proof.I have no idea if she is guilty or not, I'm not an expert in infant mortality, but cases like this are why I can never agree with the death penalty. If, in the future, she was exonerated, being exonerated posthumously means nothing.
