Nurse arrested for murdering babies

There's no patient identifiable info on there. It's fine. Essentially a template.

There is not one bit of identifiable data on it, I could have lifted it from Google.
Ah once again deciding to interpret the "law" differently. See also "rules" on CCTV installation

Regardless of whether it's got anything identifiable, it's a confidential work document.

I'm quite happy to contact the Royal Stoke University hospital trust to see what their views on this are?

I think they have better things to deal with, don't you?

I have no idea if she is guilty or not, I'm not an expert in infant mortality, but cases like this are why I can never agree with the death penalty. If, in the future, she was exonerated, being exonerated posthumously means nothing.
it was never exactly clear cut anyway... she wouldn't have got a death penalty, that would be reserved for people who got caught in the act or shortly after with absolute proof.

I can imagine my boss saying
We've had somebody complaining you have put a Coroners Document on a Social Media Site
Yeah, here's the picture with nothing on it, I was debating that it's called Post Mortem in this country and not Autopsy
You're 67, when will you grow up?

The confidential parts haven't been disclosed, they were clearly removed. Don't you have better things to do than threaten to try and get people fired to win a petty argument on the internet?

Imagine getting your knickers in a twist over a fully redacted report that shows nothing other than some person at some time died of some thing.
