Go to the docs and get him/her to have a look and make sure you get sent for a scan as it is the only way to tell what it is.

You will have some lumps at the top and back where the sperm tubes meet your balls, but best to get it checked out

Erm... very sorry, it was a joke - I meant 3 balls.

I see how you misinterpreted that, very sorry, I shouldn't have done that.

Seriously, I do check and am clear, and I had a professional doctor check about 5 days ago. If anyone does find anything, the doctor will give you a proffesional check for free, and it's worth doing! One of my mates can no longer have kids because of this, and he's only 19.

Hope you're ok dude and the scan is clear - do you think it's related to 'something you use for training' or not at all?
It's not the first time I've heard of this.
